Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for our AI-powered protocol platform
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Collaborate with engineering to improve product quality
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA/testing experience
- Experience with test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
Product Designer
✓ P1Design intuitive interfaces for medical writers to create FDA-ready protocols. Make complex AI workflows feel simple.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for our protocol development platform
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Conduct user research with medical writers and clinical teams
- Establish and maintain our design system
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with B2B SaaS or healthcare products is a plus
SDR / Lead Generation
✓ P1Generate qualified leads in pharma, biotech, and CRO sectors. Help us reach medical writers and clinical operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in pharma, biotech, and CRO sectors
- Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team
- Maintain CRM records and track outreach metrics
Requirements
- 1+ years of SDR or lead generation experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare/life sciences is a plus
Part-time Engineer
⚠ P2Build features end-to-end in our Next.js/React platform. Work with LLMs, vector search, and healthcare data at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship features across our full stack (Next.js, React, Node.js)
- Integrate with LLM APIs and vector databases
- Collaborate with design and product on user-facing features
- Write clean, tested, and maintainable code
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React/Next.js and Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL and modern web technologies
- Interest in AI/ML and healthcare applications
